Chinese B2C e-commerce website 360buy.com and China Mobile have signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Guangzhou to cooperate in eight sectors, including retail sales and customized products.

Meanwhile, 360buy.com raised a goal of selling four million TD-SCDMA devices during the year 2012. TD-SCDMA is the 3G network operated by China Mobile.

Under the cooperation, 360buy.com and China Mobile plan to cooperate in eight sectors, including joint retail business halls, customized products, new businesses, member sharing, media, logistics, information, and value-added services. China Mobile will reportedly provide 360buy.com with value-added services and promotional resources, which are expected to promote the mobile phone services and sales of 360buy.com.

The cooperation will be realized step by step. The first phase will cover China Mobile's seven provincial branches; meanwhile, the two parties will start the synchronous launch of new products. The second phase will cover 90% of China Mobile's provincial branches. In addition, 360buy.com will accelerate its cooperation with China Mobile Xinjiang based on the current e-commerce environment in the western cities in China.
