Revenues from online games were CNY1.1 billion for the first quarter of 2010, compared to CNY1.1 billion and CNY724.0 million for the preceding quarter and the first quarter of 2009, respectively. Revenues from advertising services were CNY91.5 million for the first quarter of 2010, compared to CNY183.7 million and CNY41.0 million for the preceding quarter and the first quarter of 2009, respectively.

Revenues from wireless value-added services and others were CNY18.1 million for the first quarter of 2010, compared to CNY18.5 million and CNY16.6 million for the preceding quarter and the first quarter of 2009, respectively.

Total operating expenses for the first quarter of 2010 were CNY225.7 million, compared to CNY237.0 million and CNY150.6 million for the preceding quarter and the first quarter of 2009, respectively. The quarter-over-quarter decrease in operating expenses was mainly due to reduced marketing spending on corporate brand-building and game-specific promotional activities in the current quarter and decreased headcount-related staffing costs.
