U.S.-based company to manufacture and market U-Tron LED lights under the Intelight brand name.

(U-Tron) announces today that it has signed an OEM agreement with the Tucson, Arizona-based electronics company Intelight. Under the terms of the agreement, Intelight will produce and distribute U-Tron licensed LED technology in the USA under the Intelight brand name.
The new Intelight products utilizing U-Tron LED technologies include: LED streetlights, Indoor and Outdoor floodlights, Traffic signal lights and solar powered LED lights.
Intelight is also empowered to enhance U-Tron products with its own communications and software technologies as well as add "bolt on" third party components.
After the signing ceremony Raja Magasweran, the managing director of U-Tron, said, "This is a major event for both our companies and Intelight is a perfect name for LED Luminaries.
