China Tietong Hopes New Pricing Policies Will Please Consumers

2006-03-14 by ChinaWirelessNews.com Editor | Print | Email Email

China Tietong says it will support consumers by offering double refunds for any erroneous charging.

In addition, China Tietong has required each of its branches not to change its pricing policies without prior notice to consumers.

China Tietong has also received consumer complaints about the use of its prepaid cards. Many users are unable to use all the funds on the cards within the validity period, and therefore lose money. Tietong says it has solved this problem by allowing balances to be transferred to new cards.

At present, China Tietong has more than 16.4 million users.
