Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. (Brocade) (Nasdaq: BRCD), a provider of infrastructure solutions for Storage Area Networks (SANs), today announced significant steps to expand its business operations in China.

The company announced the formation of a Wholly-Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) in Shenzhen, creating a licensed business structure for working with partners and service providers throughout China. Concurrently, Brocade announced a marketing relationship with Langchao Group, in which the companies will bundle Brocade SAN fabric switches with industry-standard servers.

Formation of the WOFE in Shenzhen marks the fourth location for Brocade business operations in China, including Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou.
